کاور لتر cover letter مقاله چیست؟

کاور لتر cover letter نامه ای است که همراه مقاله برای ارسال به مجله نوشته می شود و هدف اصلی از نوشتن کاور لتر، ارایه توضیح مختصری وجامع در ارتباط با مقاله و مطالعه انجام شده است.

نحوه نوشتن کاور لتر cover letter برای مقاله.

رعایت نکات زیر در نوشتن کاور لتر ضروری است. در کاور لتر حتما عنوان Title مقاله را بنویسید. در کاور لتر برای سردبیر دلایل ارسال مقاله شما به این ژورنال را تشریح نمایید. در کاور لتر نکات کلیدی مقاله ارزشمندتان را توضیح دهید. در کاور لتر دلایل جذابیت و جالب بودن مقاله شما برای خوانندگان این مقاله را توضیح دهید. متن کاور لتر می بایست کوتاه و جامع باشد (حداکثر یک صفحه).
به سردبیر مقاله در کاورلتر اشاره کنید که این مقاله فقط و فقط برای این ژورنال فرستاده شده و در جای دیگری تحت داوری نمی باشد. اگر تعداد نویسندگان مقاله شما بیش از یک نفر باشد، در کاور لتر حتما بنویسید که تمامی نویسندگان مقاله در ارسال این مقاله به این مجله هم نظر هستند (برخی ژورنال ها دارای یک فرم جداگانه و Sample برای این مورد هستند)
متن کاور لتر باید بصورت کاملا اداری و رسمی نگاشته شود. در ابتدای کاورلتر مقاله نام سردبیر مجله را بنویسید. در انتهای کاور لتر، اسم ، سمت، مدرک تحصیلی، شیوه های تماس با خود نظیر ایمیل و شماره تلفنتان را ذکر کنید. کاور لتر شما نباید حاوی اشتباهات املایی و انشائی باشد.
